"We've been customers of Rod Van Dyke for a few years now, and the entire relationship has been great! Rod is very customer-oriented and genuinely strives to look-out for the customer's best interest, and never tries to "up-sell" a product like some other agents we've dealt with in the past. Recently, we had the need to add a new policy and modify the coverage on a couple other existing policies. I dealt with Elsbeth who did an outstanding job! She has the same customer-centric attitude that Rod has and worked hard to get me the coverage I needed without selling me something I didn't need. She was also very helpful in explaining the terms and coverages of insurance, which I find very confusing and mystical. I highly recommend the Rod Van Dyke agency! Nice Job!"
